SESAME BBQ BEEF SHORT RIB TACOS

INGREDIENTS
1 Package Braised Beef Short Ribs with Sesame BBQ Sauce
8 Each 6” Flour Tortillas, Heated
1 Cup Asian Slaw, Prepared
½ Cup Spicy Mayonnaise, Prepared
Garnish Scallion, Sliced
Chef’s Tip: Reserve any excess fat from the Braised Beef Short Ribs to cook with for these tacos or other dishes. The Asian slaw can be purchased or made with vegetables such as red cabbage, shredded carrots, daikon radish, and red bell pepper. 1 cup of Asian slaw can be dressed with 3 oz. of the included Sesame BBQ Sauce.
DIRECTIONS
Remove Braised Beef Short Ribs from pouch and place onto cutting board. Save remaining beef broth, remove bones and any excess fat, and cut the short ribs into bite-size pieces.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
Add the Braised Beef Short Ribs to pan and heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the reserved beef broth and simmer for 2 minutes, or until the liquid has almost evaporated.
Glaze the beef with desired amount of Sesame BBQ Sauce, heat for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
Top each flour tortilla with a portion of Braised Beef Short Ribs with Sesame BBQ Sauce and Asian slaw.
Drizzle each taco with spicy mayonnaise and garnish with scallion.
